Welcome to my Blog...

Thank you for checking out my blog site. I wanted to do an initial post to introduce the blog and what I would like to achieve. 

Essentially, I will be focusing on hard rock and heavy metal bands from the 1970s to today. With a large target on bands from the 70s and 80s as these are the bands I grew up with. Plus, I am looking to provide fair and honest options in my reviews and articles. 

In addition, I will also include other musicians and bands that are not in this genre but have had an influence on hard rock and heavy metal. For example, bands like Genesis have had an impact on groups such as Iron Maiden and Rush. Plus, including the significance of jazz, blues and classical music as well. 

Now you are probably asking yourself why you need to follow and/or read about music on another blog as there are so many other blogs, videos and other sources available. Honestly, I do not know. I am hoping that you will find some value and enjoyment when you read my articles, leave comments and engage with me and others on this blog. 

The main reason why I am doing this is to become a better writer, learn about digital marketing, be committed, and disciplined. It will be worthwhile if I can write about the music I love, engage with others, and make some new friends and associates on this journey. But most importantly, it will be fun!
